Deposit Terms and Conditions: 

These terms and conditions govern the deposit required for window tinting services provided by K&H Window Tinting.  By making a deposit with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Deposit Amount and Purpose:

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment for window tinting.

• This deposit serves as a commitment fee and will be applied towards the final cost of the tint service upon completion.

Payment and Refund Policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

1. If in the event WE need to cancel the appointment for any reason, in which case, the deposit will be fully refunded.

2. If in the event CLIENT needs to reschedule outside of 48 hours, the deposit can and will be used to reschedule the appointment day. (See “Appointment Rescheduling” terms)

• Deposits can be paid electronically using acceptable payment methods, including CASHAPP, VENMO, or APPLE PAY.

• Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Appointment Rescheduling:

• Scheduled clients may reschedule their appointment at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Appointment MUST be rescheduled to time within a 30 day period of original booked appointment.

Appointment No-Show:

• Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. (And contact being blocked. ZERO TOLERANCE)

Service Satisfaction:

  • K&H Window Tint strives to provide the best tint services according to the professional window tinting standards.
    Window film can never be perfectly installed, imperfections can and will occur. We do our best to keep these little speckles of imperfections minimal to the eye and provide aesthetically pleasing and visibly clear results.

  • We do stand next to our work 100%.

• Any refund requests related to dissatisfaction with the service will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Liability:

• K&H Window Tinting shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle during tinting.

• Customers are advised to remove any valuable items from the vehicle before the window tinting appointment.
